Shipping

We’ll keep you informed at every key stage of your order’s journey by email. Once you receive your shipment confirmation email, please allow up to 48 hours before clicking the tracking link, as couriers may need time to collect your package from the shipping facility and update tracking details.

Address Information

To ensure smooth order processing and delivery, your billing address must exactly match the name, address, and ZIP/postal code associated with your payment method.
In addition, a valid phone number is required in your Shop Pay account so the courier can contact you if there are any issues with your delivery.

Shipping Options

All orders qualify for free shipping. Available delivery methods include:

• Ship to Store (3–4 business days) — Free
• Standard Shipping (4–6 business days) — Free
• Express Shipping (2–4 business days) — Free

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped.

Holiday Delivery Notice

To receive your order before the holidays, please place your order as early as possible. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, carrier delays during peak seasons may occur and are outside of our control.

Shipping Limitations

Please note the following exceptions:

• We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
• Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. or P.O. Box addresses
• Certain remote locations may not be eligible for direct delivery. In such cases, you may choose to have your package shipped to a nearby courier pickup location for convenient collection
